With a lifelong love of works of fantasy (my first cats were named Pippin and Merry) and a creative bent to my nature, it seemed so natural that I would eventually want to write my own novels in the genre.

 

I love writing novels. You won't find much short fiction written by me, but I've written several novels to date, and will be publishing them towards the end of 2015. I am currently posting chapters every week of my young adult fantasy, Ungloved, on wattpad.com.

 

In addition to my writing sideline, I work as a non-profit sector fundraiser, planning galas and other special events, coordinating volunteers, writing press releases, direct mail letters and funding proposals. I volunteer on the administration of the Sunburst Awards for Canadian Literature of the Fantastic. I bicylce in the summer and cross-country ski in the winter. I love travelling and visiting museums and national parks I live in Toronto, Canada with my husband and daughter.
